About the Opportunity:
We are a small but growing company seeking a strategic, hands-on Finance Manager to help guide our next phase of growth. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and enjoys building financial systems and processes that scale. You’ll work closely with executive leadership and lead financial planning, reporting, and operations across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
- Deliver executive-level reporting, dashboards, and financial insights
- Manage cash flow, capital strategy, and financial institution relationships
- Oversee accounting functions in collaboration with the Accounting Manager
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP and internal controls
- Maintain and optimize QuickBooks and related financial systems
- Implement financial policies, procedures, and process improvements
- Support audits, insurance coverage, and regulatory compliance
- Serve as a thought partner to leadership and a resource across departments

Requirements:
- 5+ years in finance, FP&A, or financial leadership roles
- Advanced proficiency with QuickBooks (required)
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
- Working knowledge of GAAP and financial compliance
- Clear communication skills and the ability to convey insights to non-finance stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a small-team environment
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Experience in small business, startup, or growth-stage companies
What We Offer:
