Job Description
Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Finance Systems Support Analyst to ensure the efficient and effective operation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) across our North America business. This role is ideal for someone with a strong finance background and hands-on experience with ERP systems. D365 is preferred, but experience with other ERP platforms will also be considered.
The successful candidate will become a Subject Matter Expert in D365, supporting finance and operational users, troubleshooting issues, and driving continuous improvement in system usage and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to finance and operational users to resolve system issues.
- Respond to queries via the D365 helpdesk, covering project setup, purchase-to-pay, invoicing, intercompany transactions, and purchase orders.
- Research and recommend solutions to user-reported problems.
- Deliver one-on-one or small group coaching on D365 processes.
- Report and investigate bugs and incidents.
- Maintain and update training materials on the D365 Hub; lead training sessions for end-users.
- Support new entity transitions to D365 (hyper care).
- Perform system administration tasks and test configuration changes in test environments.
- Develop and review financial systems procedures and reporting to ensure operational effectiveness and system integrity.
- Identify and support process improvements within financial systems.
- Collaborate with the Group D365 Support team and support integration projects across the company.
- SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, information technology, or a related field.
- Experience working in a finance role using an ERP system (D365 preferred, but other ERP experience acceptable).
- Strong understanding of business systems and operational processes.
- Clear and confident communicator, capable of coaching operational users through D365 processes.
- Strong customer focus with a track record of supporting demanding users and senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Quick learner with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex information.
- Experience in project management and procurement processes is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong technical foundation with a solid understanding of computer and networking systems.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
Additional Information
The salary range for this full-time role is $80K-$110K per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate’s experience and qualifications.
