Opportunity Overview

Financial Planning and Analysis Manager supporting our semiconductor test division finance operations. This role is in North Reading, MA and can be fully onsite or hybrid with three days onsite.

Responsibilities

• Quarterly update forecasts and review of actual results
• Update and compare operations financial to latest forecasts and actuals, recommend strategic changes to business model
• Business partner to operations team
• Quarterly assess financial results of contract manufacturing providers, reviewing financial trends and their impacts to Teradyne
• Manage a worldwide team of 3 employees
• Advise on contract manufacturer strategy and review execution metrics

Required Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting or related field OR equivalent experience
• Good communication skills, both written and presentation
• Required, 5+ year experience in financial analysis
• Preferred knowledge of finance in a manufacturing environment
