Job Summary: FNC is seeking a motivated Associate to join our Brokered Deposit Funding and Investments team. This role focuses on maintaining and expanding relationships with an institutional client base of Banks and Credit Unions by offering customized funding solutions and investment opportunities. The ideal candidate will be proactive, client-focused, and eager to grow within a dynamic financial services environment.
Compensation:
- The position offers a starting base salary ranging from $62,500 to $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. After an initial period the compensation structure will transition to a fully commission-based model, providing the opportunity for uncapped earning potential based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, including Banks and Credit Unions, to provide funding solutions and investment opportunities.
- Offer a range of funding products, including fixed-rate, variable-rate, and callable funding.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs and objectives.
- Stay informed on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to effectively position FNC’s offerings.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and internal policies in client interactions and transactions.
- Support business development efforts to expand FNC’s institutional client base.
Qualifications:
- Required Licenses: SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 (candidates must hold these licenses at the time of application or obtain them shortly after hire).
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred.
- Some professional experience in financial services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with financial software or CRM platforms is an advantage.
