Finish/Staging Inspector

We are currently looking for a detail-oriented, quality-focused individual to join our Finish/Staging team. This role ensures our high-quality standards are met by inspecting finished pieces and performing touch-ups as needed before they leave the shop.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect finished cabinetry for quality, consistency, and craftsmanship.
• Verify that all components are complete and properly finished
• Identify and document any defects or inconsistencies in finish, construction, or hardware.
• Communicate with production and finishing teams to resolve issues and ensure timely corrections.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and follow established quality control procedures.

Typical Work Week:

• Job Type: Full-time
  
• 4 ½ days (7am-4:30pm M thru Th. & F - 8 am- noon.)
• Work Location: In person (Schaefferstown, PA 17088)

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in cabinetry, woodworking, or a related manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to identify finish flaws, color inconsistencies, and construction issues.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments.
• Physically able to lift and move cabinetry components and stand for extended periods.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Pay

• $16 - $24/hour
