Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Fish Filleter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and filleting fish.
Duties
- Fillet and prepare fish for packaging according to established food safety standards
- Ensure proper handling and storage of fish to maintain quality and freshness
- Clean and maintain work area and equipment clean
- Assist in other food production tasks as needed
Skills
- Knowledge of food safety practices in the food industry
- Experience fish filleting is a plus
- Familiarity with food handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently
- Previous experience in a restaurant, kitchen, or culinary setting is beneficial
