Western Bee is in need a floor supervisor/indoor forklift driver that will work closely with Production Manager and General Manager laying out production schedules, maintain quality assurance and motivate employees in a positive fashion. Must be a quick learner as our industry is unique. Understand production quotas and work towards assisting employees in meeting them.
Will train with current supervisor and Production Manager.
