We are looking for a Front of House Manager to lead all aspects of our business. You will deliver a high-quality menu and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service. The right candidate should have a minimum 2-years' experience in restaurant management/ leadership role within a casual family style dining. The right candidate will be responsible for followings:
- Scheduling (bartenders, hosts, servers)
- Hiring and training
- Weekly inventory and ordering
- Maintaining a friendly work environment
- Checking with senior management on day to day to enhance the overall guest experience and restaurant sales
- Maintaining FOH standards
- Creating/maintaining SOP's
