Job Summary
We are looking for a Burger Assembler to join our team! Your job is simple – once the cook finishes a burger, you’ll be responsible for adding all the necessary toppings, sauces, and final touches exactly as ordered. Attention to detail is a must! Every burger should be perfectly built before serving. If you're super detail-oriented and take pride in precision, this job is for you!
Responsibilities
- Assemble burgers by adding toppings, sauces, and extras as per order specifications
- Ensure every burger is built with perfect accuracy and presentation
- Prepare and cook French fries to accompany orders
- Keep the toppings and prep station fully stocked and organized
- Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards at the work station
- Restock ingredients like sauces, pickles, jalapeños, lettuce, and other toppings
- Monitor portion sizes to maintain consistency
- Assist the cook with light prep work when needed
- Wipe down and sanitize prep areas regularly
- Follow kitchen protocols to maintain a smooth work-flow
Skills
- Super detail-oriented – every topping, every order must be perfect
- Team player – work closely with the cook and other staff to ensure smooth service
- Strong communication skills – be comfortable correcting mistakes and giving feedback
- Ability to read and follow customer instructions – add what’s needed, leave out what’s not
- Fast and efficient – work quickly without sacrificing quality
- Good multitasking skills – manage multiple orders at once
- Basic food safety knowledge – keep workstations clean and follow hygiene standards
