As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our company, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to guests and staff.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
- Provide information about services, facilities, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and proofreading documents
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer support or as a front desk clerk is preferred
- Proficiency in using phone systems and office equipment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
