We are currently seeking motivated and dependable Front Desk Representatives to join our team at Comfort Suites and our sister property, Quality Inn, both located on Warrenton Road in Fredericksburg, VA.
This is a guest-facing role requiring strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Locations:
- Comfort Suites – 541 Warrenton Rd, Fredericksburg, VA 22406
- Quality Inn – 543 Warrenton Rd, Fredericksburg, VA 22406
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome guests and provide efficient check-in/check-out
- Manage reservations and process payments
- Answer questions and assist guests throughout their stay
- Communicate clearly with other staff and shifts
- Maintain lobby cleanliness and professional appearance
- Provide local information on services and attractions
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent customer service & communication skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to stand for long periods & multitask
- Dependable with reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including weekends & holidays
- Hotel experience is a plus, but not required
