Our office is searching for a friendly front desk patient concierge/receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and customer service or front desk experience. Responsibilities include greeting patients, answering phone calls, scheduling patients, confirming appointments and checking patients in and out and other administrative duties. Bi-lingual candidates are urged to apply. Work days are Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 1-6pm and one Saturday a month from 8-12pm.
