As a front desk specialist at Sit Still, you will have the opportunity to work as a team and foster a welcoming environment for customers and clients.
Duties
- Checking in/out clients
- Offering and making beverages for clients
- Maintain cleanliness of the salon (laundry, sweeping, mopping, etc.)
- Utilize salon software for scheduling appointments and managing client records.
- Engage with children and parents to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
- Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience and boost sales.

Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Experience with retail sales and upselling products in a salon environment is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
