Our healthcare clinic is looking for a passionate and energetic Check In/Check Out assistant. The ideal candidate has previous experience performing administrative duties - checking in patients, collecting copayments, sending referrals. We are seeking a professional Medical Assistant who can help support the overall operations of the clinic and who is able to prioritize patients' needs above their own when necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and family members.
- Use basic computer programs to record patient information.
- Collecting Copays
- Answer phones.
- Update patient files.
- Communicate with patients regarding their appointments and treatment plans.
- Sit for long periods of time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
