Job description/ Responsibilities, but not limited to:
- Greet and check in guests/ Sell rooms
- Respond to guest needs, requests, complaints etc.
- Answer phone calls/ Confirm phone and online reservations
- Cleaning of office and surroundings
- Shift typically from 3pm to 11pm
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hotel/ motel required
- Organizational skills and be able to multitask. Can be a face-paced environment
- Basic office skills (i.e. math, cash handling, computer skills, etc.)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
