Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Front Desk Clerk to join our hospitality team. The position is 3 afternoons a week, weekends may be required from 3 pm-11 pm. This role is essential in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring smooth operations during the afternoon shift. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check-in guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage guest reservations and inquiries through phone systems and in-person interactions.
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly, maintaining high standards of guest relations.
- Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is organized and presentable at all times.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Skills
- Strong background in guest services and customer service within the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on guest relations.
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles is a plus.
- Ability to work independently during shift while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address guest needs and concerns efficiently.

Pay: $14.50 - $16.00 per hour
