Overview:
We are seeking a 2nd shift customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with our guest at check in and during their stay. Must have a passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to make a positive impact on our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and check them in or out of the hotel
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Handle phone calls and messages in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage front desk operations, including cash handling.
- Develop strong relationships with guests and colleagues to promote a positive and welcoming environment
- Stay up-to-date on hotel policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and phone etiquette skills
- Experience windows operation system
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require standing for long periods or lifting light objects
