## Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
## Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
- Handle inquiries and direct them to the appropriate person or department
## Experience
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and customer service principles
- Experience with file management and data entry is a plus
