· Check IDs, enter in system
. Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
. Greet vendors and insure they are assisted
· STAYING ALERT
· A chair is provided for intermittent relief, however Front Desk Check in are expected to stand and address all incoming customers in a professional manner.
· Front Desk Check in will answer the phone
· Front Desk Check-in will perform additional duties as requested by management at any given time of day.
· Responsible for maintaining parking lot (Picking up trash/Shoveling snow and laying minimal salt for safety hazard
· Responsible for maintaining Rec lobby (Sweeping/Mopping)
· Responsible for setting up and taking down rec lobby (open/close)
· Labeling
· Assisting with barcoding products
. Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring their satisfaction
· Assisting customers who are handicap (Holding the door open)
. Monitoring the cameras.
. Answer phone calls and provide information to guests or transfer calls to appropriate departments.
Qualifications: Must have a current Marijuana Enforcement Division, MED badge!
- Previous experience in customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong phone etiquette and ability to operate phone systems effectively
- Ability to handle guest relations professionally and resolve issues promptly
- Multilingual skills are a plus
- Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
