Front Desk Medical Receptionist:
As the first point of contact, either on the phone or in person, the Front Desk Medical Receptionist plays a crucial role at Premier Medical Associates. This position requires strong teamwork skills, as it involves extensive communication, chart preparation, scheduling, and patient information input. We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable individual who can be cross-trained in phone operations, check-in, and check-out procedures.
Tasks/Skills:
- Proven medical office experience answering phone calls and greeting patients.
- Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems.
- Hands-on experience with standard office equipment (e.g., fax machines, EMR systems, and printers).
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Resourcefulness and proactive problem-solving abilities.
