Front Desk Receptionist
We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our company. As the first point of contact for clients, guests, and employees, you’ll play a vital role in creating a positive and professional impression. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills, and enjoy multitasking, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in all visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Operate a multi-line phone system; answer and transfer calls as needed
- Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information
- Perform data entry, filing, and maintain office supply inventory
- Generate and organize records and documentation
- Provide support across multiple departments as needed
Desired Qualifications:
- Professional, friendly, and welcoming demeanor
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 30 lbs
Preferred Experience:
- 2+ years in customer service
- 2+ years as a front desk receptionist
Bonus Skills (Helpful, Not Required):
- Experience managing social media accounts
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
Schedule:
- 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Monday through Friday
