Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front Desk Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Front Desk Representative will play a vital role in enhancing patient experiences and maintaining the smooth operation of the front desk.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients upon arrival with a friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Handle patient inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records of patient information and appointments.
- Process payments and manage billing inquiries.
- Utilize phone systems effectively to manage incoming calls and messages.
- Manage new patient orders
- Verifying patient benefit's through various provider portal's.
Experience
- Previous experience in Medical Front Office.
- Knowledge in insurance verification as well as submission of prior authorization.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work well under pressure are key attributes for success in this role.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
