Front Desk Service Representatives 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am hiring for shifts part time to start, potential to become full time at some point, no experience required, we will provide training.
Assures highest possible level of visitor and guest satisfaction by providing superior customer service. Responsible for checking guests into and out of the hotel as well as answering phone calls and customer inquiries.
Must be able to provide superior customer service and be prepared to handle any situation that may arise during the shift.
Eligible for benefits after 90 days for full time employees.
After a 3 month probation, we do a review based on performance, at which point a raise may be given.
