We are seeking a dedicated and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our medical office team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing exceptional service while managing various administrative tasks. Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and confirming patient visits.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with health information management standards.
- Assist patients with inquiries regarding care plans, medical collections, and other services offered by the clinic.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to facilitate efficient patient service and communication.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining the cleanliness of the front desk area.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a dental office or as a dental receptionist is preferred.
- Familiarity with health information management practices and medical records systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on patient service and communication.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of clinic operations, care plans, and medical collection processes is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in medical administration is advantageous.
