Role Summary
At Revolt Studio, our Front Desk team sets the tone for every client experience. As the first point of contact, you’ll be the friendly face that welcomes clients, helps them feel at home, and keeps our studio running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves connecting with people, and can juggle a little bit of everything—from check-ins and retail to light cleaning and social media support.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in clients with warmth and professionalism using our studio technology
- Check communication platform daily and throughout your shift (hourly) for announcements, shift opportunities, and extra tasks
- Answer phone calls, emails, and client questions quickly and helpfully
- Manage spin shoe checkouts and sanitize them between uses
- Sell retail products, restock items, and keep the retail area tidy and inviting
- Help keep the studio sparkling: wipe mirrors, sanitize mats, organize weights, and reset locker rooms/lobby between classes
- Create and restock refreshing cold towels for clients
- Assist with social media or marketing projects when needed
- Handle light administrative support (data entry, filing, scheduling help)
- Report client concerns, maintenance issues, or emergencies promptly to management
Qualifications
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable learning and using studio technology and software
- Ability to multitask in a busy front desk setting
- Positive attitude, team-oriented, and excited to be part of our studio community
Experience
- Previous customer service, receptionist, or front desk experience preferred
- Experience in the fitness, wellness, or hospitality industry a plus
- Familiarity with Google Drive and basic computer skills helpful
- Social media or marketing support experience is a bonus but not required

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 3 – 20 per week
