Summary
We are seeking a Front Desk Manager to join our team at Holiday Inn Express. This role is vital in ensuring exceptional guest experiences and managing front desk operations efficiently. Located in a vibrant area, you will play a key role in maintaining our high standards of hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes.
- Provide outstanding customer service to guests, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage front desk staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Handle night audits and prepare reports as required.
- Implement hotel policies and procedures to enhance guest experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or hospitality management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
- Experience with night audits is preferred.
