- Manage team scheduling.
- Provide exceptional customer service through effective phone etiquette.
- Maintain accurate filing systems for patient records and office documents.
- Perform data entry tasks with attention to detail.
- Supervise and train front office staff.
- Coordinate office management activities to ensure a productive work environment.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including managing correspondence and supplies.
- Knowledge of Opera, Property Management System.
Skills
- Proficient in phone etiquette to handle client inquiries professionally.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage files effectively.
- Competent in data entry with a focus on accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability in office management practices.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Experience as a personal assistant is a plus.
