Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist/Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, excellent phone etiquette, and proficiency in computer applications, particularly Google Suite. Candidate should be proficient in Bookkeeping tasks, including balancing checkbooks and beginners accounting knowledge. This position requires a proactive individual who likes to work in a team environment with the ability to collaborate with others. A person who can listen to others, learn quickly, and be independent to get the job done, yet flexible to adjust to the schedule, or pace to meet the customers’ needs, while making good decisions.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain office organization through effective calendar management and scheduling.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation. Training on in house proprietary programs will be provided.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Keen attention to detail and interest in problem-solving.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations.
- Bookkeeping skills
Experience
- Previous experience as a clerk, bookkeeper or administrative assistant is preferred.
- Proficient in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
- Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Expected hours: 40 per week
