We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running, bringing their expertise and enthusiasm to every shift. As a Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and motivating the FOH team, including servers, hosts, and bartenders, to deliver exceptional service.
- Ensuring guest satisfaction by actively engaging with diners, addressing feedback, and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Managing labor costs through effective scheduling and deployment of staff.
- Training and developing team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Maintaining high standards for food quality, presentation, and overall restaurant ambiance.
- Collaborating with the kitchen management team to ensure seamless service flow.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a Front of House management role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 40 lbs.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
