Nestled on the beautiful shores of Big Muskego Lake, Bass Bay Brewhouse offers breathtaking views, a cozy Northwoods ambiance, and a dynamic atmosphere that attracts locals and visitors alike. Whether it's enjoying handcrafted cocktails on our lakeside patio in the summer or warming up by the fireplace with comfort food classics in the colder months, our goal is to create a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest.
Position: Full-Time Manager
We are looking to expand our leadership team! As a Manager at Bass Bay Brewhouse, you’ll work closely with a group of experienced leaders who are dedicated to the success of the restaurant. You’ll collaborate with our General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Marketing Manager, Banquet Director, and Kitchen Managers, all of whom have been with the company for many years. Together, you’ll ensure smooth operations, exceptional guest service, and a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee both Front of House and Back of House operations during shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team and engage with guests.
- Ability to multitask and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment.
- A keen eye for detail and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
