Bartenders
Craft cocktails, pour up good vibes, and be a friendly face at the bar. We’re looking for bartenders who know their spirits, can move fast during a rush, and enjoy connecting with guests.
Responsibilities:
- Mix and serve drinks with accuracy and flair
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked bar
- Engage guests with genuine hospitality
- Monitor responsible alcohol service
- Collaborate with the FOH team to keep service flowing
Requirements:
- Must be 21+
- Prior bartending experience preferred
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Servers:
As a server, you’re the heartbeat of the dining room. We’re looking for someone who is confident, knowledgeable, and committed to hospitality. Your role is to guide guests through their experience — from warm greetings to menu suggestions to ensuring every bite and sip is just right.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide gracious and timely service
- Have strong knowledge of the menu, daily features, and drink offerings
- Take accurate orders and enter them efficiently into the POS
- Assist guests with dietary needs or questions
- Ensure tables are well-maintained throughout the meal
- Handle payment transactions
Requirements:
- Must be 21+
- Prior serving experience preferred
- Must be able to stand for up to 6 hours and lift up to 25 lbs
- Must possess strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
Hosts:
As the first and last face guests see, our hosts create warm welcomes and fond farewells. This position is ideal for someone upbeat, organized, and quick on their feet. You’ll coordinate seating and make sure the dining room runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet every guest with warmth and a smile
- Answer phone calls and manage reservations in OpenTable
- Provide accurate wait times and handle special seating requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand
- Assist with bussing or drink service if needed
- Thank guests upon departure and invite them back
Requirements:
- Must be 21+
- No experience required — we’ll train the right person!
- Must be able to stand for up to 6 hours
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
- Friendly and calm under pressure
