ACS is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team. As the Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front office. This position serves as the first point of contact for customers and visitors, both in person and over the phone. Your primary responsibility will be to handle incoming calls, visitors and assist with a variety of HR/Recruiting tasks.
- Greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer incoming phone calls, transfer calls, and take accurate messages when necessary.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, record keeping, filing and copying.
- Provides support for HR team.
- Performs a wide range of duties related to the maintenance and processing of personnel records and reports.
- Maintain office supplies inventory.
- Maintains high standards of confidentiality of all employee records and information.
- Support employee events (recognition, annual celebrations) as needed.
- Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages as needed.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior HR Administrative Assistant experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional demeanor with a positive attitude.
- Proficient in using office equipment, such as a multi-line phone system and computer.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and learning new systems/technology.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
