Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for all customers either by phone or in person. This role requires excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with excellent phone etiquette.
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, proofreading documents, and maintaining office files. Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office is preferred.
- Assist with office management tasks to ensure a well-organized workspace.
Experience
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar clerical role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer support in a professional setting.
