Conway Counseling & Wellness Center is seeking a reliable and personable Part-Time Morning Receptionist to join our team. This front desk position plays a key role in creating a welcoming and supportive environment for our clients and staff.
Position Details:
- Schedule: Morning hours, part-time
- Location: Conway Counseling & Wellness Center
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Collect co-pays and process client payments
- Verify insurance benefits and assist with insurance-related inquiries
- Perform light cleaning and ensure the reception area remains tidy and organized
- Provide general administrative and clerical support as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, compassionate, and client-focused demeanor
- Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred
- Familiarity with health insurance or mental health settings is a plus
