We are currently recruiting for a Retail Management Leadership role at our Ft. Bragg location, with retail experience at an apparels store or department store with excellent merchandising skills.
Fashion Retail experience a plus!

You will be assisting the management team in running an efficient store and managing assigned areas that may include stocking & merchandising, point-of-sale, cash office, customer service, as well as store opening and closing responsibilities.
The successful candidates will also assist with hiring, mentoring and developing employees for a fast-paced and safe environment, communicate action plans, targets, store promotions, and priorities clearly with associates and execute them efficiently.
Maintain clean appearance of a well-organized store for both team members and customers safety.

- Minimum two (2) years of retail, experience such as a key holder, supervisor, department manager, etc.
- Energetic, honest and friendly
- Excellent communication skills
- Creative and capable of merchandising efficiently.
