Job Overview
We’re a scratch Italian kitchen serving up bold flavors, real ingredients, and serious comfort — the kind of place where guests feel like they’ve stepped into a second home (but with way better pasta). We’re on the lookout for a full-time bartender who knows their way around a cocktail shaker and has a passion for crafting drinks that make people say, “Whoa, what was that?!”
You’ll be stepping behind the bar — and into a tight-knit team that supports one another, laughs a lot, and keeps things flowing smoothly. If you’ve got the mixology experience, love creating memorable guest experiences, and thrive in an environment that feels like family, we want to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Mixing up craft cocktails with fresh ingredients, house infusions, and seasonal twists
- Serving up a well-curated selection of Italian wines and local/regional beers
- Creating a warm, welcoming experience for guests at the bar and beyond
- Keeping the bar clean, stocked, and running like clockwork
- Lending a hand with prep on Mondays and Tuesdays (just a little extra behind-the-scenes magic)
- Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to support food service during busy periods, including catering events or banquets.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels of liquor, mixers, garnishes, and glassware.
- Uphold food safety standards in accordance with health regulations.
Skills
- At least 1–2 years of craft cocktail experience
- Solid knowledge of wine (especially Italian) and beer
- A calm, cool, and collected presence behind the bar
- Someone who thrives in a team and brings positive energy to every shift
- Passion for hospitality and genuine interest in food & drink
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests.
- Knowledge of food safety practices relevant to the food industry.
- Proficiency in using cash registers and handling financial transactions accurately.
- Excellent sales skills to promote menu items effectively.
- Experience in fine dining or high-end restaurant settings is preferred but not mandatory.
What You Get
- Staff meals & beverage perks
- A supportive team that works hard and has fun doing it
- A place where your ideas (and your garnishes) are always welcome
