Position Overview:
We’re looking for a passionate, client-focused James Avery Specialist to join our team! If you have a love for jewelry, an eye for detail, and a talent for creating meaningful customer connections, this is the role for you. As the face of James Avery in our store, you'll inspire guests with your product knowledge, drive sales through authentic relationships, and maintain exceptional visual standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients through personalized clienteling and follow-up
- Consistently drive sales in the James Avery brand and related accessories, meeting or exceeding department goals
- Plan and execute engaging James Avery events in-store to create excitement and build community
- Maintain pristine case standards, ensuring all product displays reflect brand integrity and merchandising standards
- Share product knowledge and stories to connect customers emotionally to the jewelry
- Partner with the team to keep the department organized, fully stocked, and ready to wow every guest
- Represent the James Avery brand with pride and authenticity

- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
