Full-Time Team Member – Landscape Design/Build
Kappus Landscape is a woman-led, well-established boutique Design/Build Landscape Construction company specializing in high-end residential projects. We are seeking a versatile, detail-oriented team member who loves plants, design, and organization. This role combines creative design work, technical drafting, and customer support to keep our projects running smoothly from concept to completion.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with project workflow, including sourcing materials, bidding, billing, permits, and ordering, front office duties.
- Draft and update plans in AutoCAD (experience with FX CAD or similar is a plus).
- Receive, tag, and inventory plants in our nursery and from vendors.
- Support plant design and onsite layout
Qualifications:
- Experience in landscape design/construction, horticulture, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in office management tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, Internet research, Adobe Acrobat/basic photo editing).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and meet deadlines.
- Eagerness to learn new software and flexibility to help out where needed.
