Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide product demonstrations and explain gaming options to customers.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cash register operations and cash handling.
- Maintain knowledge of gaming products and promotions to effectively sell to customers.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the gaming area.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Uphold company policies and procedures regarding gaming regulations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a retail or grocery store environment is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
- Familiarity with retail math to assist in sales transactions.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply for enhanced guest interaction.
- Ability to perform product demos effectively to engage customers.
- Experience with cash handling is a plus.
