The Game Master portion of the job entails making all of our guests have a fun and memorable experience. Behind the scenes via computer, you will provide useful clues to assist guests during game play. After the game, you relive the highlights of their game through a debriefing session and answer questions they may have about certain aspects of their escape room experience. Finally, Game Masters reset the room back to its original state with care and accuracy. It's a fast paced job with lots to learn, but the atmosphere is always fun and exciting!
The Escape Room Host aspect of the position requires some public speaking, so you should be comfortable learning a PowerPoint presentation as well as controlling and speaking clearly and effectively to big groups of people. Posting on social media and excellent people skills a must.
Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task is required along with an unconditional friendly attitude.
