Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge and experience with hand tools, power tools, and assembly line processes. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our production line and maintaining high-quality standards in our products.
Responsibilities
- Operate various hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Assist in the painting department and fabrication shop.
- Assist in the assembly line processes, ensuring that all products meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area within the warehouse or factory setting.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve production efficiency.
- Perform routine inspections of equipment and report any issues to supervisors.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a pipe yard is a plus
- Knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and assembly line machinery.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy materials as required.
