We are seeking a motivated and reliable Property Laborer to join our team in Montrose, CO. This is a full-time, hands-on position focused on property maintenance, landscaping, and light construction projects. Ideal candidates take pride in hard work and enjoy working outdoors.
Responsibilities:
- Landscaping, mowing, weeding, and general yard maintenance
- Sprinkler system maintenance and repairs
- Painting, siding installation, and small construction tasks
- General property upkeep and light repair work
- Assist with seasonal and routine maintenance projects
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Experience with tools, landscaping, or construction preferred
- Ability to work independently and follow direction. Able to lift heavy items.
- Dependable, punctual, and hard-working
Pay & Benefits:
