Refinishing Plus is looking for a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our team. This is a full-time position with steady hours and no after-hours or weekend work required. We provide maintenance and full make-ready services for apartment communities and single-family rental properties.
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Cleaning out apartments after tenant move-outs
- Preparing units for new tenants (light cleaning, removing trash)
- Picking up exterior trash around apartment complexes
- Assisting maintenance staff with basic tasks (no special skills required), such as helping move appliances or furniture
- Changing locks and emptying exterior trash cans
- Performing other general labor duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently, managing time effectively and follow directions
- Comfortable performing physical tasks and working outdoors
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Position Details:
- Full-time: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- No nights, weekends, or on-call work
