We are seeking a Laborer to join our team installing farm drainage systems in farm fields. Ideal candidates should be willing to work outside on their feet all day doing general labor tasks such as shoveling and making pipe connections to keep our equipment productive. It's also helpful to know how to do general maintenance, have a drivers license, and a desire to learn new abilities. If you can weld, have mechanic experience, have a CDL, have previous experience with heavy equipment or previous experience in dirt work that is a plus, but not required.
Good candidates have a good work ethic and a desire to improve, and we will reward that within the company with opportunities to run equipment and gain new skills, which will increase your salary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
