Looking for a highly motivated individual with lots of energy to be our General Manager of our Madison store. We are located downtown Madison where there is lots of foot traffic. Must be able to carry items up and down a flight of stairs as all storage in in the basement of our store. We have been in business for 21 years! We are doing something right! This person will work 40-45 hours a week in the warmer weather months. Mainly during the week 9:00am - roughly 5 or 6 pm. Will work some evenings to understand how busy the store is at night and to be sure staff is doing things properly. We are open 7 days a week. 12-9:30 during the week and 10 pm on weekends.

Responsibilities include managing staff, inventory, ordering, cleaning the store every am and opening. Cleaning soft serve machine (one) once a week. Making/Maintaining novelties for sale. Must be clean and keep a clean store. - compensation will start off as hourly but once the job is being done without support we will switch to salaried.
