Performs duties in the Gift Shop, of which primary duty is the serving of customers in a timely and professional manner to ensure the efficient operation of the Gift Shop, along with checking in, pricing, and stocking merchandise. Part-time position, willing to work weekends and evening shifts to cover open shop hours.
Education – High School diploma preferred.
Experience – 1 year retail experience required, 2+ years preferred.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities – Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Word. Familiar with Point of Sale Inventory Systems, computerized cash register, cash handling procedures, credit card transactions, opening and closing procedures, and customer service methods.
