Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Write estimates for internal, insurance, and walk-in glass claims
- Schedule and assign work to glass installers based on skill level
- Order supplies and glass materials, and maintain inventory
- Maintain strong relationships with insurance adjusters and all customers
- Manage customer surveys and maintain a CSI score of 9.5 or higher
- Coordinate with the production team for in-shop glass work
- Open repair orders and arrange calibrations to complete jobs
- Answer phones professionally and promptly, transferring calls as needed
- Greet and assist walk-in customers with timely, friendly service
- Provide exceptional customer service by listening, understanding, and resolving concerns
- Support process improvements and service efficiencies
- Maintain a professional appearance and workspace
- Order business cards and make copies as needed
- Coordinate lunch coverage with front desk receptionist
- Perform other duties as assigned
Here’s what you’ll need:
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Previous receptionist experience required; dealership experience strongly preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and inventory software
- Valid in-state driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Schedule flexibility to meet business needs
