Position Summary:
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Grounds Crew Member to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the appearance, functionality, and safety of our shooting courses and grounds. Key Responsibilities:
- Load and maintain clay target machines throughout the property
- Mow, weed-eat, and perform general landscaping tasks
- Set up and break down for events and tournaments
- Assist with range maintenance and course changes
- Perform basic mechanical tasks and equipment checks
- Help with trash pickup and property cleanliness
- Operate UTVs, tractors, and other machinery safely
- Provide support to range staff and management as needed
Qualifications:
- Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
- Comfortable operating small equipment and tools
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work weekends and early mornings
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Prior experience in landscaping, maintenance, or groundskeeping is a plus
Schedule:
- The facility is open every day except Tuesday
- Summer Hours (Now through August 31st): 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- Regular Season Hours (September 1st through May): 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Some weekend and some holiday availability is required
- Early morning shifts are typical; flexibility is a plus

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
