What You’ll Do
- Prospect & Engage: Lead outreach to new clients and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Client Pitches: Run discovery calls, present proposals, and connect paid media solutions to client goals.
- Collaborate & Drive Growth: Work closely with our strategy, creative, and media teams to craft tailored solutions.
- Own the Pipeline: Manage your own CRM, track leads, and exceed sales targets.
- Manage 1-2 Small Clients: We’re all-hands on deck, so there’s always a chance that you’ll get the opportunity to keep your skills sharp and own 1-2 small clients as your own.
What You’ll Bring
- Paid Media Experience: 1–2 years of managing paid search or social campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
- Sales Ambition: Experience or interest in sales/business development with a consultative approach.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication; confident in client-facing roles.
- Proactive & Organized: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and opportunities.
Bonus Points
- Experience with CRM tools (Bigin, HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Certifications in Google Ads/Meta Blueprint.
- A passion for music or creativity, and a diverse playlist to share with the team!
