Key Responsibilities
- Lead client-facing projects focused on HubSpot strategy, CRM implementation, and revenue operations process alignment
- Translate business objectives into scalable HubSpot solutions that drive efficiency across marketing, sales, and customer success
- Advise clients on best practices for marketing automation, sales pipeline management, and full-funnel RevOps integration
- Implement and optimize HubSpot systems, including managing third-party integrations (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, ZoomInfo, GoToWebinar)
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, ensuring system reliability, data integrity, and alignment with client goals
- Deliver training and enablement to empower clients with the knowledge and confidence to manage and optimize their HubSpot environments
Professional Development Milestones
Within 90 Days:
Within 90 Days:
- Complete onboarding and become familiar with New Breed’s systems, tools, and internal processes
- Earn required HubSpot certifications aligned with New Breed’s Elite Solutions Partner status
- Begin participating in client meetings and supporting project work through collaboration and mentorship
Within 6 Months:
- Independently lead a portfolio of client projects focused on RevOps strategy and HubSpot optimization
- Manage third-party integrations and troubleshoot system issues with minimal oversight
- Collaborate cross-functionally to solve complex technical and operational challenges
Within 1 Year:
- Drive strategic RevOps initiatives that result in measurable client impact
- Identify and recommend ongoing system improvements for both clients and internal teams
- Contribute to team knowledge sharing through enablement, training, or content development
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in a client-facing RevOps role, with a focus on HubSpot CRM, marketing automation, and sales process optimization
- Strong technical aptitude, including hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, automation workflows, and third-party integrations
- Proven ability to manage client relationships while delivering strategic and technical solutions
- Solid project management skills with a track record of balancing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
- Experience training and enabling clients on HubSpot and RevOps best practices to drive alignment across marketing, sales, and customer success

- A behind-the-scenes technical role — this is a client-facing position focused on strategy, execution, and client success.
Work Environment
This role offers remote, hybrid, or in-office work arrangements based out of our Burlington, VT headquarters at Hula Lakeside. Team members are expected to work standard business hours aligned to Eastern Time, with occasional flexibility for collaboration.
While travel is not a regular requirement, we create intentional opportunities to participate in company gatherings or work-related events a few times per year.
